Put on the bathing clothes at home, quickly get your entrance bracelet from the service and a quick kiss for mom and / or dad, because we're going to play at the pirate ship 😍!
This is pretty much how it goes when we announce that we are going to the Meerpaal for the day. And rightly so, because this restaurant (part of camping de Meerpaal) is a great place to visit, both for children and for parents.
The kids can have fun in the water park. There are several slides and fountains. And when the big bucket is full, it may just be that a large volume of water suddenly pours down...
Next to the water park you will find a nice playground. There is a large play ship with plenty to discover (❗️ be careful at the footbridge with little ones ❗️). Additionally there's a smaller playship for babies and toddlers, and a large bouncy castle/trampoline.
The music arc gets a special mention. This arc makes music and gives you commands to stand on the floor at certain points. Sort of Twister with a twist... We really enjoy these creative attributes which combine exercise with fun.
The food and drinks are also good. For example, we got an extremely generousl (and also tasty!) carpaccio sandwich here, the pancakes are tasty and the service is friendly and fast.

We recommend that you go with small children on the larger play ship. At the top there is a walkway that small children could fall off.
