Loverendale ter Linden

There are three things which make us keep coming back to Loverendale ter Linde:

1) The nature-inspired playground

The owners have constructed a beautiful outdoor playground. You can go up the tree house, explore in the maze-house, get dirty in the sandpit or hide in the tunnels. There are picknick tables provided for the adults where you can relax, enjoy your drinks and bites.

2) The milk tap where you can buy fresh non-pasteurized milk.

Our little princess really enjoys getting milk herself from this tap. Do drink fast (within 3 days) because it is not heat-treated!

3) The fresh, filled croissants on Saturday

On Saturdays, the on-site bakery is open and they bake various goodies throughout the morning till 14:00. It's worth to visit again after you make your rounds as they bake different goods throughout the morning. The filled croissants are divine! We have tried the almond (shaved almond + almond marzipan) and strawberry (slices + baker's cream filling) 🤤.

Aside from these highlights there is more to do here: you can visit the cow shed and pet them, you can take a look at the pigs, and there is a biological farm store.
